Event Description:

The Poweshiek County Fair will start with the Exhibit Building Project judging on Saturday, July 12, with the Extreme Bull Ride event that evening. The 2025 Poweshiek County Fair Queen will be crowned at Intermission of the Bull Ride Event. The Dog Show starts off the rest of the fair at 8 AM on Tuesday, July 15 with most animals arriving Tuesday evening and all in place by Wednesday morning.

Join us for the daily events, the Bags Tournament on Wednesday evening, the Tractor Pull Friday night, and the Swine Show Saturday beginning at 4 PM. Follow the Poweshiek County Fairgrounds Facebook page for updates on daily events.
