Get your questions and concerns addressed in a supportive, come-and-go atmosphere. Life with Baby is a free group that meets the first and third Tuesday of the month at GRMC. We invite caregivers and their infant(s), from newborn to one year of age, to attend. Baby weight checks are available at each group session for growth tracking. Connect with healthcare experts like midwives, obstetric providers, family medicine providers and certified lactation experts, as well as fellow moms and caregivers. Learn tips for newborn care and postpartum recovery, discuss recommended immunizations and get support for successful breast or bottle feeding. Life with Baby – Postpartum Support and Connection Group is here for you and your baby through the various stages in their first year of life! Get your questions and concerns addressed in a supportive, come-and-go atmosphere. Life with Baby is a free group that meets the first and third Tuesday of the month at GRMC. We invite caregivers and their infant(s), from newborn to one year of age, to attend. Baby weight checks are available at each group session for growth tracking. Connect with healthcare experts like midwives, obstetric providers, family medicine providers and certified lactation experts, as well as fellow moms and caregivers. Learn tips for newborn care and postpartum recovery, discuss recommended immunizations and get support for successful breast or bottle feeding. Enjoy light refreshments, fellowship and peer and professional support and resources.

This class will cover common symptoms you may experience in pregnancy and following delivery related to your pelvic floor. A pelvic floor physical therapist will review how pelvic floor physical therapy can address common complaints related to hip and back pain in pregnancy, pelvic pain, incontinence and more!
